Tracy Hunns-Clarke

Over the years Tracy has assisted many clients in successfully concluding complex, high-value claims against Hospital Trusts, General Practitioners and other organisations, in situations where claimants have suffered severe physical and psychological trauma as a result of either misdiagnosed and/or mismanaged care, claims involving fatalities,  mismanaged labour resulting in claims for Cerebral Palsy or similar injuries where a Claimant has suffered significant injuries requiring rehabilitation and other needs throughout their lifetime.

Tracy has also dealt with many claims for road traffic accidents, and accidents at work, many of which have resulted in permanent ongoing injuries,  slipping/tripping incidents and industrial disease cases.
