Lyn Bunday

Lyn previously worked in the Call Centre industry as a Customer Service Advisor and has a huge amount of experience in handling calls and other admin tasks within our very busy Prison Law team.

When she started at Youngs Law in 2012, Lyn’s role was receptionist for the Havant Office whereby she was required to handle all incoming client calls and ensure they were directed to the correct department. Lyn also handled all post and other important admin tasks.

As of May 2021, Lyn has been a very valuable member of our Prison Law team where her experience has ensured that all new and current Prison Law clients are given excellent service from their first point of contact with the firm.

Through her many years of experience within the firm, Lyn is accustomed to handling the multitude of enquiries that clients may have and is happy to assist with matters wherever possible.

In her spare time, Lyn enjoys spending as much time as she can with her grandchildren, playing computer games and cross stitching.
