Deborah Sansome

She joined Youngs Law in February 2022.  Deborah is instrumental in supporting the company’s vision and people strategy in career development and progression and will work alongside senior leaders in developing and implementing strategies to attract, recruit and retain the best people.

Deborah brings over 10 years of experience in Human Resource Management to Youngs Law.

She is CIPD qualified and an Associate Member of the CIPD.

Outside the office, Deborah enjoys running, photography, and interior design and annually runs the Cancer Research Race for Life.
