We are one of the largest legal aid providers in Britain and brings huge expertise and dedication to the handling of legal aid cases.
At Youngs Law we are able to provide a “joined up service” on the basis that it has such a wide range of specialist contracts. We work closely with other organisations including the Citizens Advice Bureau.
Legal aid is “means and merits” tested and we provide free advice in relation to whether legal aid is available. If legal aid is not available, consideration can be given to other forms of funding including No Win No Fee.
