Our Southampton office is based in the centre of the city just off London Road and is open Monday – Friday 9am to 5:30pm.

Formerly known as Swain & Co, the brand was changed to Youngs Law in 2020. The team of solicitors remained the same and we have since added new faces.

Our personal injury department assists clients in recovering compensation for injuries that they suffer in situations like road traffic accidents, accidents at work or accidents that have happened in public places. We undertake all matters on a no win no fee basis whereby clients pay nothing if the claim fails.
As a client you will only pay a maximum of 25% of the total compensation if your claim is successful. We will only charge our clients when they receive their compensation.
Mental Health is a specialised area of law and due to its serious nature, if you are formally detained under The Mental Health Act 1983, you are entitled to be represented. Our work is funded by the Legal Aid Agency. You do not have to pay anything for our services.
