Our prison law experts are at the forefront of developments in this area of law and are one of the biggest prison law teams in the UK.  They regularly challenge the Ministry of Justice and other authorities to make sure that their clients received fair treatment. With offices around the country, we can represent our prisoner clients wherever they happen to be based, so please get in touch with us if you need support.

We are also members of the Association of Prison Lawyers and regularly contribute articles on prison law and prisoner’s rights. We have won landmark cases for our clients and for the benefits of all prisoners.

Our medical negligence department specialises in matters where individuals have suffered illness or injuries as a result of poor treatment or negligence by doctors, dentists or hospital staff. Our specialist team of solicitors work hard to ensure our clients receive the most compensation and the best possible care to help them cope with the situation.

If you have received treatment or undergone surgery that has been below standards, you could be entitled to compensation. For more information about the matters we can help you with, click the button low.
